Wow! You really got me with that title. My first response to myself out loud was, "come on, Stanley." In my head I was thinking, "not you too" but your brilliance prevailed. 😊 Thank you for this to the point, no chaser, no excuses, unapologetic call for us all to reflect on what it really means to #ProtectBlackWomen. Too many of us rather believe the trash and juicy gossip. As someone who has seen some powerful, socially just freedom fighters who were women of color be smeared and lied about over the years and have others just pile on....I will never ever just believe what is posted online or even in the media as the truth. Until I hear their side of the story if they choose to share it. I haven't watched the interview but my heart 💕goes out to Meg the Stallion as a mother, a Black woman and as someone who just cares. I am sorry you felt you needed to go public and relive the trauma of that night again. Sending you love, a hug, strength and healing energy. Thank you, Stanley for speaking out. Appreciate you!!
