Hey friends, as the year comes to a close, and the holidays are right around the corner, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of your support.
I set a goal this year to stretch myself as a writer and find my voice, and I think I have done that. In 2024, I published 32 posts, ranging from short stories to personal essays. During that time, you stuck with me and remained in conversation. That means a lot!
When thinking about what to write, I try to focus on topics I find interesting or compelled by my pen to say. It’s an honor to know that my ruminations resonate with others! For this reason, I’m putting the pen down for a bit.
I must be present to find the moments of curiosity, beauty, and tension that inspire my writing, so it’s time to do that. Starting next week until January 7th, I’ll share posts from some of my favorite writers. I’ll also use this time to think up some good topics to write about. If you want to see me cover something, feel free to leave it in the comments or send me a message.
If you’re in the holiday mood, consider buying me a coffee or becoming a paid subscriber. As a paid subscriber, you get access to my entire writing catalog.
Thanks again for always reading, commenting, sharing, and engaging. I hope everyone has a happy and healthy holiday season.
Cheers to a well deserved break man ❤️ Drink some soul for me
Thank you all for your thoughtful writing, it’s prompted me to reflect on a lot.
